Sir/mam.. if authorised share capital is 100cr ..company xyz came with ipo for 80cr ..then what will be the % of promoter stake holding in xyz company ....how it is calculated... If 80cr also get subscribed ...

You need to see what is the promoter holding. Promoter holding/Total capital will give the % of promoter holding.
