If we want to find 2nd quartile what we use n+2/4 or (n+1/4)2

This is same as decile and percentile but the denominator only change...am I crt sir?

Q = (n+1/4)2 th value D2 = (n+1)2/10 th value P2 = (n+1)2/100 th value
