Sir is it mandatory to have the minimum quorum number throughout the meeting? If before completion of meeting , quorum falls short than the required number given by company law, are the decisions which were taken in the presence of this shortage quorum valid?

If at the time of transacting business, the number of members present is less than the quorum fixed then, the business cannot be transacted and shall be nullity.
That's mean quorum should be present for the whole meeting?
