My doubt is in the recorded class video no:6 in that. we use securities premium for repayment of shares as same the sum which I attached y they don't do

The sum which you attached has been solved in video 5. The question in video 6 has different facts, suggest you to watch it again and ping here if the confusion still remains.

Sir in video no 5 :Fv of redemption of PS /FV of Eq.S Video no 6: timing 9:18 no of shares to be issued = 37500/60 (whereas FV=50 PREMIUM=10 )my doubt is y we r doing as 37500/50
