I have applied for RTI certified copies but after payment, a blank page has appeared and such payment receipt and the rti application form was neither forwarded to my email nor by the way of SMS, but if we mail this issue, it will not get resolved know sir, what I should do now?

You receive mail after your request has been filed with ICAI. Maybe after 2 or 3 working days

But some students got message from rti in mail that your application is submitted and payment is completed
