Can any one say how depreciation is computed for office equipment and furniture in branch account (foreign branch)

Office equipment value is 56400 which includes office equipment purchases so we need to deduct that included amount of purchase from office equipment that is 56400 - 2400 = 54000 and from 54000 provide depreciation @10 percent which is 5400
