Make value of B same in both ratios by multiplying with a number and then combine all ratios ie A:B = n1:d1 multiply by n2 it will become A:B = n1n2:d1n2 same way B:C is n2:d2 multiply by d1 it will become n2d1:d2d1 Now combine both ratios as B value is common in both ratios A:B:C = n1n2: d1n2:d1d2
