Redemption of Debentures

Sir , If Opening DRR is 1,00,000 and the preference shares going to redeem at the year end 2,00,000 . Then only 20,000 to be set apart in DRR know sir , What about remaining 80,000 What would be the treatment ?

It is to be debentures and not preference shares. Balance not needed will be transferred to General Reserve.
