Why crr created with 33750... Equity share are issued of nominal value of 33750 then crr should be 31250 (65000-33750)

Then crr should be created of 27500 because eq shares of 37500 were Issued hence block profit is nominal value of pref share amt 65000 less face value of fresh issue eq share amt 37500 (65000 - 37500 = 27500 CRR)
