Redemption of preference shares

Sir in this sum we have to calculate number if shares for fresh issue with the face value share na sir i.e., with â?¹50 but why they divided with â?¹60 sir which includes premium?

There are two things. For CRR - consider FV For bank balance - consider FV+Premium - Refer to the youtube clip shared above.

Here we are required to check minimum bank balance as well.

Haa yes sir total preference shares â?¹ 65000 have to redeem with premium 10% that is 71500

Here we are required to check minimum bank balance as well.
Bank balnace available is 19000 and from the sale of the investments 15000 if we deducted both remaining amount 37500 that 37500 should be divided with face value of the shares na y they included premium also for equity shares sir. Premium of equity shares should not be used for th redemption of preference shares?
