Other than change in state means SHIFTING Of Business from one place to another place but within the state(In the Boundaries of state) it is non-core fields.where if you change PRICIPAL PLACE OF BUSSINESS(PPOB) or ADDITIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESS (APOB) are shifting from one state to another state then it core field Because GST starting number(37-AP)vary of different states.
