i will get my 6th sem bcom marksheet in july am i eligible to apply for articleship and i passed ca foundation appeared for ca intermediate but didn't get through will i have any relaxation regarding study period of 9m and articleship period of 9mon before appearing for ca intermediate...will ca new course will have a impact on articleship??

Sir due to new scheme last date to apply for articleship is 30.6.23..i need to apply for articleship in existing scheme but i have only 5 sem marksheet ,my 6th sem result will be declared on july 1st week. Now can i apply with only 5 sem marksheet(provisional registration)??I have completed itt and orientation..

Provisional Registration: Candidates who are pursuing the Final year of Graduation Course shall be eligible for provisional registration to the Intermediate Course. Such candidates would be required to submit satisfactory proof of having passed the graduation examination with the specified percentage of marks within such period not exceeding six months as from the date of appearance in the final year graduation examination. During the period of provisional registration, the candidate can undergo and complete ICITSS. It is clarified that in their case, the practical training will commence only on becoming a graduate with specified percentage of marks.
