Registration

I passed cpt in 2012and gave my first attempt in ipcc but failed after that due to some health issues I left CA now I want to resume my studies but I don't want to take direct entry route as I don't have time for training . Please tell me what would be the registration process and what all forms are needed to be filled.pls tell.
