Direct Taxation

A person who is an employee in a USA company . He renders service there and also recieve salary there but the company is controlled from India . So then what will be the incidence of tax If the person is RNOR and if the person is NR ??

For non resident if income is received in India it is taxable. For not ordinary resident if it is controlled from India it is taxable on india


Salary is accrued based on place of service. Hence it is not taxable in the hands of non resident and Resident not ordinarily resident
