If any amdmt leads taxable retrospectively, then previously not taxable goods are taxable as now and previously also?

If there is any retrospective effect then that means.....it will taxable from that date.... For example gst will be payable on rent retrospectively from 01.01.2020 So the payment made after 01.01.2020 will lead to the payment of gst.

Retrospectively means provision/ Section will apply back dated.
