friends if in case of revaluation marks decreases to whom we have to complaint ? what should the person do?

Why do u need revaluation? To pass or to get exemption right. If marks added u will pass if they reduce u r still fail status right. So risk it. But check out this link https://youtu.be/vVm08N3t-C8.

Oh got u actually my brother has qualified grp 1 of ipcc with exactly 200 marks but by unknownly he has applied for certified copies under rti then later he came to know that those copies will be automatically revalidated So he is tensed wheither is there any chance of decreasing

Don't worry. He has passed. Tell him to enjoy. No one will reduce marks that's guaranteed ð???
