Sir, i'm unable to file rti copies .once i filled all the details and give the submit option again it redirecting to the fresh application..I gave my exams in January 2021. I want to know is there any problem with my end ? Or else it happens like the same to everyone

It happened for me too. Its because in the application u might have entered some characters that are not allowed. Check u have entered only those characters that are allowed and nothing else. Check this character particularly ð??? ' (apostrophe)
