Please clarify Sir, whether import of services is by" persons or taxable persons" as per Section 7(1)(b) and Section7(1)(c). As in one lecture, I saw it is persons and in other it is taxable person.

it is import of services by any person.. earlier it was only taxable persons thats y in 1 video which was recorded at that time mentions taxable persons .. now it is 'any person'
