If it given only medical expenses then also it will be taxable only right sir? If nothing like medical treatment is taken from government or government recognised hospital or employer's own hospital is given in question?

Those are the gov hospital , employers hospital and specified diseases. Only they are exempt. When nothing is given if it's gov or pvt, generally it's assumed as private.

Because there is no mention of prescribed disease treatment. It is assumed it is normal medical expenses
