If motor car provided by the employer to the employee, it will b perquisite in the hands of SPECIFIED EMPLOYEE.. So does it mean 2,3,4 in the image it is oly taxed fr specified employees sir???

Yes. But almost all employees would be specified employees only.

Ok wt if question mentions he is not a specified employee and employer provides a motor car.. Then it's not a perquisite right sir?
