Sec 43 shares with differential voting rights

Bonus shares,right shares and other shares are issued in same ratio as compared to equity shares ,but shares having different voting rights are different ,then how can they be given same bonus,right issue as compared to equity shares

The differential rights are in respect of voting power and dividend only

Bonus share and right shares issued to holders of DVR shares also have Differential Voting right. Overall voting rights requirement of DVR shares (74%) must be maintained by the company.
