Mam, here provision didn't mention that aggregate paid up capital to be taken right? Then how did we consider aggregate paid up capital in this example?

Say proportion is 3:5 So when you compute it would be 3/8 and 5/8 as weights.

The provision did mention about the proportionate paid up capital , The voting rights shall be proportionate to the paid up capital of the class of shares involved
