When the two children are paying medical insurance premium for their parents ., Whether they can claim deduction under section 80 D individually?

Yes for suppose A has two children :B,C . Now B paid 15000 for his parents under 80D . And C paid 5000 for A . So deduction allowed for B=15000 and for C=5000
