Sec 87 says that when a company has filed with the registrar satisfaction of charge but it includes any mis-statement or omission thereof then in order to rectify that company need to apply to CG for such change

In addition Sec 87 also covers a situation requesting extension of time where filing is not made within a period of three hundred days from the date of such payment or satisfaction. (Registrar could extend 30 days to 300 days)
