Sir , If the date of order is 01 Jan 2025 and Effective date is 01 Feb 2025 , when will the registration will be cancelled ? and what if the effective date is 01 Dec 2024 ?

For the period from 1st Dec 2024 to 1st Jan 2025 they are deemed to be separate persons and GST would apply for transactions between then.
