Mam if party had not specified about special property or even say Banta had to show up that castor oil in exhibition, if such specifications were not expressly said will Section 73 apply in that. This may be over analysis but I have doubt whether section 157 will apply or section 73.

Lets carefully read the section for deeper understanding. Sec 157 : If the bailee, without the consent of the bailor, mixes the goods of the bailor with his own goods in such a manner that it is impossible to separate the goods bailed from the other goods and deliver them back, the bailor is entitled to be compensated by the bailee for the loss of the goods. From the understanding of the section, it is irrelevant whether the bailor has specified or not about the high value of the goods. What we need to see is that if the goods are inseparable and mixed without the consent of bailor, then the bailee will have to compensate.
