Sign required from principal for conversion from cpt route to direct entry scheme doing articles of 8 months

Hi, I have registered for my inter exams. During the time of registering for exam I have chosen the option as I have completed cpt and gave 2 to 3 attempts and faild and Converted to direct entry scheme as graduate and I'm doing my articles for past 8 months. I'm provisionally registered for my exams. Wheather i need approve from my principal. Can anyone pls guide me. Thank you.
