For Law, since it is combined with BCR in the current course, be prepared enough to score at least 30 out of 40. In Law, try to cover as much as possible. Don't leave any chapter fully. You may refer to the revision capsules provided by ICAI and questions from PYQs, MTPs, RTPs for those chapters. Solve as many papers as you can. In this way, you can easily cross passing marks of 40. But, aim for 55-60 & above. Try to present your answer as per the pattern specified by ICAI in suggested answers. For Law, the presentation pattern is, 1) Provision 2) Facts of the case 3) Conclusion So, don't write the conclusion directly. First, write the law provision, the explain about the given case and then give the conclusion. Since it is a theory subject, study in the morning time as you can easily grasp the concepts with a fresh mind. It is natural to forget things after sometime. So, the only solution for this is REVISION. Keep revising frequently.
