He can't Register for Direct entry as he secured only 52%. He should register only through Foundation Route.

52 % is not sufficient. He needed to at least secure 55 % to be eligible for CA Inter. Now he has to appear CA foundation and pass or he may do CMA Foundation and Inter and then sit for CA Inter and then give CA and CMA Final together as both the courses are more than 70% similar. If he is facing difficulty in passing CA foundation, he can do CS and CMA as these are relatively easier to pass
