Sir in this question the Small company has 2.5 crore as turn over . As per law small company can have turnover up to 100 crore then why they have not classified this company as small company

Sri kanaga VarshiniBut it is given as " 2 crore or such higher amount as may be prescribed which shall not be more then 100 crore rupee."
As of now it is 2 crore but the central government can increase this limit, which shall not be more than 100 cr RS. So the higher amount is not yet prescribed

no... the turnover should not exceed 2 crores
But it is given as " 2 crore or such higher amount as may be prescribed which shall not be more then 100 crore rupee."
