In case of Labour rate variance the rate for recruit ment of labour is decided and held liable by HR manager but how can we multiply with Actual hrs worked and not standard hours worked . I.e AH(SR-AR) The HR manager does not held responsible for inefficiency know sir Why don't we prefer the rate to the extent of standard labour hrs...?
