What is the difference between price differentiation and cost leadership?

cost leadership is when a firm has lowest cost and hence can charge lower price from customers. This leads to price differentiation.

A strategic business unit is a unit within the entity that is run independently, and has seperate vision, mission statements. ITC Group products have been illustrated as an example, in the class. It was also mentioned specially that Tata group cannot classify tata motors, tata communications, etc as SBUs as they are seperate legal entities. But, as per Companies Act, 2013, the object of the organisation shall be specific to one particular kind of business rather than vague. Vagueness is not tolerated by law. So, how does ITC tobacco, FMCG, Hotels, etc be considered as SBUs? If that is the case, can we consider Aditya Birla Group's Louis Philippe, Van Hussein, Peter England,etc in their clothing division as SBUs?
