An enterprise on the move is more agreeable stereotype than a steady- state enterprise. What is the explanation of this sentence and what is the meaning of stereotype ? Please help me out to understand it.

Sir the subject strategic management lectures from free courses section are almost 11 hours wich is handled by Suraj sir. is that 11 hours of knowledge with ISM questions,and past year questions is sufficient for the exams to crack Strategic management?
