Sir was talking about entrepreneurship.. that the Bansals as founders of Flipkart were entrepreneurs. Then immediately appeared Bansal brothers' faces with a logo of Ola. Yes, Ola. At the beginning of the video, the animation shows a boy standing outside a school and beside him are two school buses that are half of his height. Look, I know a lot of work must have been put into these animations but if they dont revise/recheck their animation renders before finalizing, they end up unintentionally making us laugh instead of actually helping us.

Isnt Simple structure same as owner-manager structure?

In lecture 14 of module 17, Sir recalls the various organizational structure types at the beginning of the lecture, where he says he learnt Simple structure, owner-manager structure, functional structure, and so on. My question is isnt simple and owner-manager similar? In the ICAI book also there is no Owner-Manager subtopic. After Simple structure, there is functional structure.

Simple structure and owner manager structure are similar. The structure of ICAI material in this topic is not coherent and is copied from multiple sources leading to inconsistencies.
