In case of competitive position being dominant and stage if industry maturiry being "Mature".... In the ICAI book it is written "fast grow", but Suraj Sir says fast grow is not possible in this stage. I am confused. Who is right? Institue or Suraj sir?

How can bargaining power of buyer can effect competition inversely or positive realtion.how??

Powerful large number of buyers usually bargain for better services which requires cost and investment to producers. If producer provide required services then customers will stay, otherwise they will easily switch to competitor's products if competitors able to provide those services.

It is not focused differentiation as the product supplied is not unique and anyone can buy such product also there is no particular channel used to target customers. Such products ma also be used as gifts. Hence, it is not focused differentiation and only Differentiation strategy
