Actually, it is the other way around. You should use exact technical terms but the rest of the sentence can be in your own language. The best way to study is to make your own notes while watching videos. make notes with tables/flow charts etc in your own handwriting and go through the notes every day for 30-40 minutes. take pas exam papers / mock tests and find out your gaps. Revise topics that you are weak
