I don't understand,how they calculated Rs.41600 as Interest amount ..... Pls explain

Do cumulative interest calculation 80000*8%*1/12=533 (80000+80000)*8%*1/12==1067 ... ... ..do it for 12mnths U finally will get the answer of 41600
