If a company having tax audit is also applicable , can upload to income tax site , schedule III format financials or profit & loss account in normal format ?

While filing returns, it has to be in format of ITR. Later when Income Tax authorities ask, you can submit Sch III.

ITR 6 is to be filed for Companies (other than Sec 11 companies). ITR 6 contains Balance sheet and P&L, thus the assessee has to file these details in that form only. But if the company has been audited under Companies Act, the same audited accounts can be submitted to IT authorities
