Error 6120 is a temporary error related to the network. Please ensure that your network connection is stable. If the issue still persists, please try the below troubleshooting steps, it works at times. Also, note that the downloaded videos if any will get deleted in the process. 1. Uninstall app 2. Restart phone 3. Install app Also, check if there are any OS updates available. Let us know the outcome and we will guide further.
