a) Business connection means those who act on behalf of the principal ( here,say Non- Resident )and has the power to conclude (end ) the contract only if he is not limited only to purchase and sale of merchandise c) Who secures (get) orders for the business of the Non- Resident There is no such definitions for Conclude contracts and secure contracts.They are used in the normal sense ie, Conclude means 'End, terminate'.
