Right of company " to reject the transfer of interest" Is different for both the companies Membership in guaranteed company is more advantageous than others Refuse to accept = do not accept / reject

So, there was this case where company had refused to register transfer of membership by nomination. High court had held that no distinction can be made between transfer of share of a limited company limited by shares and transfer of other interest of a member in a company limited by guarantee. Here, Supreme court had set aside the order of High court saying distinction should be made in the matter of transfer of share or other interest between a company limited by shares and a company limited by guarantee.
