I don't understand the partial payment and why July 1st is taken in the balance part.Can anyone clarify me .

Here, in good RCM For part payment Which ever is earlier of following DOR - 1st july DOP - 30th June 31st from DOI - 30th July Earlier is 30th June For balance DOR - 1st July DOP- 20th July 31st from DOI - 30th July Earlier is 1st July Note * relief of advance only available in case of good and forward charge not on RCM
