Aa far as speed is concerned... first buy a good pen which comfortably sits in your hand... then buy some of it extra as well so that you can use the same pen till exams... at times they get out of stock in shop when you need the most... Using same pen is not necessary but it feels good if you have the same good one always... Secondly, write something daily... can be practicing the questions or something other... because if you don't write for some days, the hand gets stiff and it takes some time to loosen up...

If possible give me a suggestion of a good pen

Use what you are comfortable with.

At present, I am using Cello Tri Plus... Why? - triangular rubber grip (good to hold) - 0.7mm tip (dark and bold) - cost doesn't much as well But if you leave the cap open or towards the end of refill, it coughs some ink blots. But alright. There's something short in every pen. Also attaching a sample pic.
