Unfair. Say a contract under threat of gun.
Sir , as per the provision of section 15 of indian contract act 1872 , threatening to commit is covered under coercion ..but you gave the above example for undue influence (section 16). Till now I studied , unconcionable bargains mean the term of the contract is unfair on its face...for example : a creditor influence the debtor by using his dominating position , debtor has been repay the borrowed sum along with 20% interest per month .
