Lets say you usually go to a bakery and tell the storekeeper you want bread and even though you don't specify the type of bread you need every time, it is common practice for you and other costumers to buy wheat bread from there regularly. But one day after you come home and open the pack you see it's white bread and not wheat. Now the storekeeper cannot escape by saying you should've asked me specifically or that you should have checked.
