Video Not Playing

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I have been experiencing on Indigolearn since this morning.Every time I attempt to play the video, it fails to load. I have tried several troubleshooting steps on my end, including checking my network configuration. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.
