sir Why can't we take the difference of 2.... And then the answer would be 67 ?

You should not take diff is 2 bec..... *1 st and 2 st no is getting diff is 2 but *third and 4 th you get .difference is 4 ...... you Should think another way. as mam said above that way.....

61-59= 1 63-61= 1 67-63= 4?...so I thought it might be 67

The answer could be either primes or diff. ICAI will ensure they give questions with a single answer, else they will award marks for both options
