How do we calculate WC in the initial first year means the year we just started the business???

But how estimates because it's the first year of business and the proprietor doesn't have any experience about the business so how it is possible???

Even though it's the first year, there will be some cash and stock with which the business would have commenced. This is the value of current assets. Every business will have at least some amount of cash with them.

To finding Wc We need estimation of current assets minus current liabilities That will give you an estimation of working capital....
