total sale 432000 SP 18 PA sales units 432000 18 = 24000 per month sales 2000 creditors 2 month lag so 2000 x 2 = 4k units rm cost per unit 6 = crs 4k x 6 = 24000 wages & oh half month lag so 1k x 5 = 5k
