Wrong details in exam form
What happens if I mentioned a detail wrong in exemption while applying for exams .please answer .

There won't be an issue. Still as a backup mail them.
Are you sure there won't be any issue sir? And another query is what is provisional admit card sir?

Provisional admit card is issued if some eligibility condition is not satisfied.
