In a day, find atleast sometime when you and your family members could be together, share your feelings and eat together. Have some quality family-time in a day. Trust me, this really works magic. Whatever problem you have, just cry it out to your family members. Nobody else can better console you than them. Their words are the real motivation. They are always with us, both in hard times and happy times. So, try to spend sometime with your family.
